Hotels in Jamaica Beach

First, the size of this apartment is impressive, very clean and beautifully furnished. It has a modern kitchen, W/D and even a wine cooler. Location is a bit away from the tourist areas and perfect for a quite relaxing vacation. My only concerns were the bugs inside the apartment. There were just too many beetles, crawling all over the floor and falling from the light fixtures (over the two days we were there, we counted about 15-20 black beetles). I complaint but didn't want to have chemicals...

While I will whole-heartedly rate this 5 stars all the way, I must admit to initially being a bit disappointed by the room vs. the photos you see online for this place. I do plenty of research before booking and from what I could tell, this hotel was by far the most amazing deal. I booked it, continued to look at photos asking myself if this was for real? Truth is, no... It isn't for real because most of the photos I found were of the larger units with amazing full kitchens and jacuzzi tubs....

This is one of my favorite places to stay for a quick getaway!

Stayed here one night before a cruise. Rooms were clean and beds very cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. I would stay here again.

The folks running the front desk (especially Shelly!), plus the general help we’re cheerful, friendly, polite, just very helpful. Y’all did a good job & will return in the future. This is my hometown and was treated as if the employees there knew it! Thanks for helping my stay in Galveston a great time!

Only thing I didn’t like was the 15 dollar a day parking fee. ☹️.

Such a beautiful well maintained home! Great location and walking distance to so many restaurants and shops, and the strand. I guess since it is an old home it is a creaky so we were not able to sleep in at all, our neighbor above us was awake by 7am and we could hear them walking, other then that it was such a great stay!

To get to the beach you just walk across the street.

Had only an overnight stay for an early appt at Shriner's the next morning. No complaints whatsoever. We loved the indoor pool and hot tub. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We had a 2 double bed suite with fold out couch. Everything was clean. Staff was friendly and checked with us to ask if our room was ok. The breakfast was plentiful and had a variety of choices. The mansion itself was beautiful but the staff was phenomenal! Rick was amazing from the moment we booked our stay. In fact he personally called me a week or so before we came to tell me my card on file with Expedia didn’t seem to go through. When I offered to give him my new one he said it wasn’t necessary and just looked forward to meeting us! I was so grateful he called and I didn’t lose my reservation.
