Hotels in Demere Park

All was great, the private jets parking near the pool was a novelty, but not good for trying to have a conversation! It did drown out the kids screaming @ the pool though. the plane noise wasn't heard from inside he hotel or rooms.

I was awakened 3 times starting at 9 am and checkout was at noon. They would knock and then enter my room and me trying to sleep. When I asked the front desk, I was informed they use a tablet that updates telling them when someone checks out. They stated because I used a Third party that there is nothing the could do to accommodate the situation. A little aggravated with the situation.

The parking spaces are limited and getting out into the road is almost impossible when trying to leave. There's no visibility and no other decent place to park as a guest. Otherwise, there is no more convenient place to stay location-wise. Very vintage and historical to the greatest little island in the world.

I would describe this as a cross between a condo rental & a hotel room. Room was exceptionally pretty, thoroughly cleaned every day, and the kitchenette had everything we needed. However, when we got there to check in at about 8:00pm, I found out that there is no front desk or concierge. Had to call someone offsite to get into the lockbox to get our key card, which I had not anticipated. Great hotel right across from the beach! Very friendly, professional & helpful staff. The room was exceptionally clean & recently renovated. Very good full breakfast. Pet friendly with large areas of grass for pets.

Best location with a suite on in the whole park.

Staying at Epworth was perfect. It wasn't crowded; the area was quiet and lovely, only a short drive from the public beach and a grocery store. I was able to recharge a bit after a trying 6 months in Atlanta.

Very helpful, personable, genuine staff. Gorgeous close up view of the River. Fishing, several fun restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Helpful when I lost an item. Terrific addition to one of Georgia’s second oldest town.

Clean room, great homemade breakfast and great owners. We will definitely book here again. A great quiet beautiful location to just unwind.

Stranded on the side of the road on our way to our honeymoon...an unplanned stay. Everything and everyone was so very nice and accommodating. One of the best nights sleep and so comfortable!

It is a beautiful hotel and loved seeing the ocean and being able to walk around the village. All we needed was there. Exceptionally clean and comfortable - bed, chairs, desk. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Nice pool area. Loved the Starbucks cafe.

Had a fantastic time at this resort. The balcony suite overlooking the water was extravagant, and the room was clean and tidy the restaurant inside the resort had decent food that was very convenient. Pool area was kept nice and enjoyable. Breakfast had a wide selection and was good. my favorite thing that we utilized was the free bike rental that we used to traverse the island. Would recommend, and will rebook in the future.

Beautiful room with luxury touches and perfect walkable location to great restaurants and shopping. Room turnover service every day, which is rare since Covid. No elevator, so keep that in mind if you get a 2nd floor room. The continental breakfast reminded me of what you get in Europe--fresh fruit and pastries. In room Nespresso coffee maker sure beats the Keurig-types. I would definitely stay here again.

While only a short overnight stay, we had one for the books. Driving to our next stop we were about 1 1/2 away when we realized we left cash in the open safe in our room. It was up high and hard to check. I called the hotel to secure it and the manager told me he had it and we have it put into safe keeping to we returned. Great value, comfortable, and clean.

Great visit and the Hampton Inn was a distinct pleasure. Close to everything; excellent friendly staff. This is my fourth visit to the island and I won't stay anywhere else.

We went for our 33rd wedding anniversary and were pleasantly surprised at the beauty of property, and how well maintained it is. We loved our room and we had a lovley balcony.
