Just came in for a quick visit for the night to visit a friend for the first time in zell um see. Was extremely impressed with the hotel, amazing location to train and city center. Clean cute and tone of character. Great for the price

Front desk staff spoke very good English.
Room was lovely with very comfortable King sized bed and a very "mod" bathroom.
Breakfast was great with scrambled eggs, homemade bread, cereals, yogurt, breakfast meats and all kinds of espressos, coffee and tea choices.
Hotel was nice & quiet. Away from the busiest parts of Zell Am See.

This property was so quaint and charming but had superior amenities and the staff were incredible. The little touches of old Austria mixed with a modern flair were nicely done. It is a family run business and they made us feel a part of their family. Surrounded by the impressive views of the Alps, the property is also situated in the center of town next to an old Austrian church. They have other properties within walking distance or take a free gondola ride up the mountain for more...
This is a nice property to stay at. The room was modern, very clean and comfortable. The entire hotel is clean and modern and has garage parking. The restaurant had a great selection of food and everything we had was very good. Included breakfast was great, including individually prepared dishes. The staff were great, very friendly, knowledgeable, and always there to help.
We had a good welcoming upon arrival. We extended our stay of one more night and the lady at front desk was super helpful when we talk over the phone and she was the same person who welcomed us on check in day.
The room was spacious (we had a one bedroom suite) and it was very comfortable. The breakfast was super helpful with a variety of choices. The hotel is well located with view over mountains, near many shoppes, restaurants and the lake.
