This was our first time in Liege, so we weren't familiar with the area at all. Needless to say, we were extremely happy with the Hotel Hors Chateau. It's incredibly charming with just 9 rooms, and each decorated in a unique and fashionably modern way. The brick walls and decor are too cute! The hotel had just one employee assisting us...who also happened to prepare a personalized breakfast for us the next morning! Room comfort is a 4/5 only because our room was just a bit cold even with the heat...

As for me as a solo traveler this hotel was perfect for me.. My room was on the 1st floor.. A/C worked great, and the bed was comfortable.. The shower was great and breakfast was good.. Its an older hotel so the halls have old carpet.. But the room had new windows and could hear nothing from outside.. Parking garage across street at train station.. And plenty of food options all around.. I will stay here again next time I come..

J'ai adoré le petit déjeuner très varié et bien tenu (l'un de mes meilleurs petits-déjeuners en ibis, il y avait même des concombres et des tomates). La chambre 518 était spacieuse, bien agencée et avec une vue dégagée. En revanche je vous conseille de demander une chambre de l'autre côté avec des fenêtres qui s'ouvrent. Comme le stipule la description, il n'y a pas d'air conditionné (mais un ventilateur), cependant pour...
