We enjoyed our balcony attached to the room very much. However, we asked for assistance, needing a taxi and we’re assured it would arrive in the morning and it did not. No one knew about the taxi request at the restaurant reception, and hotel staff weren’t available. The restaurant staff tried to help us upon departure. We...
