Once we decided to stay outside of Split in the neighbouring town of Trogir, Brown Beach Hotel was an easy decision. I loved this place! I will definitely make this a stop whenever I am in Croatia. It was my favorite place of all those we stayed in on this trip. It was beautifully appointed, small so not over-run with guests, and although quiet and safe, it was also right in the middle of the action. Right on the water, next to an amazing fort, and a maze of quaint shops and restaurants just outside the door, this is beautiful small property with all the amenities! Absolutely recommend it!

The room was very small, but since we were only looking for a place to sleep at night, it worked well for us. There was no coffee machine in the room, but the air conditioning worked great. The staff was extremely helpful and even assisted us with checking in for our flights home and printing our boarding passes, which we really appreciated.
