I injured my knee in a fall, and he kindly brought me an ice pack and kept checking on me to see if i needed anything. He also let me resr on the sofa in tje restaurant until my companions cane back down the mountain. I was truly touched by his kindness and thoughtfulness."

"Absolutely loved my stay at Sjøberg Ferie! The setting is beautiful, but it’s the people who made it such a memorable experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and kind—the sort of people who make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The waterfront is gorgeous, with charming little sailboats, rolling hills and sheep grazing in the surrounding countryside. Sitting outside on the deck with a cold beer and watching those incredible sunsets was one of the highlights of my trip. It’s such a peaceful place to slow down and enjoy Norway’s beauty. The food was okay, and the beer was cold and very good, but the hospitality was exceptional. They even offered me a fishing rod so I could head down to the wharf and fish for mackerel! That simple gesture says so much about the people here. What stayed with me most was the feeling of being surrounded by kind, trustworthy people who wanted me to enjoy my stay. Thank you to everyone at Sjøberg Ferie for making it so special. An absolutely amazing experience, and somewhere I would happily return to!"
