My family came to Poznan for a graduation and we chose the Sheraton due to its closeness to the place where the ceremony was held as well as its proximity to public transportation. It's on the main drag and only 15 minutes to the airport if that and can be reached by bus or taxi. The Rynek/Old Square is 10 minutes by tram or 30 minutes walking. Just perfect. The location is awsome. The breakfast is not a buffe but you order from a selection of different types of brekfast and gets it delivered to your room. And that worked fine. Look our for parking in advance! You can hardly even stop for a short while at the hotel entrance and at a first glance it looks challenging to find a spot. But there are quite a lot of parking garages around the area which are quite accesssible.
