Even in many five star hotels, the food is just very good. The food at your hotel was exquisite! The staff was wonderful, the location couldn't have been better, and the view was wonderful. We'll be back!
Great hotel that isn't far from Trieste. Parking is for free on the street, but if you arrive in the evening parking is available very close. Room was cozy and will stay here again in the future.

My only feedback is the temperature in the rooms, those are centealy controlled not allowing A/C Bellow 25 centigrades , really annoying in a location like this.

The staff at check in was great. the room was excellent. the casino was an added attraction for my cousin. The food could have been somewhat fresher; the waitstaff was a bit rough. We spoke english/spanish .. they did little to be supportive.
Gorgeous hotel. Our room was incredible! We got a junior king sweet and it was lovely on the top floor. Only strange thing was there was no shower, only an amazing tub in the beautiful bathroom. If we were staying longer this may have been an inconvenience.
The hotel was clean and quiet. Close to the airport. A perfect stay for the one night I was there before my flight. The staff was lovely and accommodating, calling my taxi to the airport at 5am, and even opened the complimentary breakfast for me so I could have some food and espresso before my long day of travelling. I’m so grateful!
Great location for doing things in center of Trieste, Grand Canale and City Plaza. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Nice-sized rooms and great breakfasts in quaint dining area. Parking about two blocks away uphill but in super-nice garage. Highly recommend this hotel.

The Hotel Jama is absolutely fabulous! Even though it was built in 1971, it is beautifully refurbished inside with elegant lounge areas and a lovely bar. Our room felt brand new - the whole hotel is even better than it looks on the website - and it looks pretty nice on there to begin with! Very nice hotel close to many of the wonderful sights and restaurants in Trieste. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Taxi was very reasonable from the cruise ship and to Trieste airport. You can easily walk from the cruise port but we are older and prefer to take a taxi with big luggage.
Nice, clean, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable bed, good shower, convenient location. Only issue is noisy at nice due to restaurants downstairs.
