Sue was great! Very attentive, and organized. Made sure that we were settled in properly. We even had a small refrigerator in our room! She thought of everything. Loved all of the flowers and plants in the front yard. Her home and rooms were lovely. Would definitely come back!
I enjoyed my stay at Norcroft Guest House. The staff members are kind. I was able to check-in early and was so grateful for that. I was offered a slice of lemon cake on arrival (delicious!) and offered fruit to take on my last morning when I wasn't going to be there for breakfast. The breakfast was tasty and delivered to my room at the time I requested. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Penrith in the future. Thank you! We had a lovely, but too short stay here. We were easily able to check in and had a nice night's rest. Breakfast in the morning was lovely and very generous.
The hotel was beautiful and the outside scenery was amazing. I loved seeing the cows when I woke in the morning and the garden was awesome. I would stay here again if I were in this area.
Nice hotel and friendly staff. However, the screaming drunk youth in the streets outside the hotel could be heard into the early hours of the morning, which meant it was hard to sleep.
