"Trailers should have keys available to lock their premises. Also, not sure if you were suppose to supply your own propane tank for the BBQ but we did not have any at our site whereas the majority of other sites had tanks included at their BBQ"

"The room was very well appointed with so many nice touches. The bathroom was very luxurious too! We had a small maintenance issue and the chap came speedily and sorted it within minutes. We actually arrived quite late but the check in info was all very accurate and we had no problems gaining access to the property."
