"Shuttle service was unavailable for pickup from airport. No driver. Room we were given at check in was not cleaned. We did switch out without issue. Our room was warm and musty smelling but turned AC down 5 degrees and cooled down with time. Breakfast had coffee, some yogurt and waffles available. Was quiet for most part until a couple planes took off around 5am . No soap in shower had to use shampoo "
