Absolutely amazing stay here. The hotel staff was so accommodating and friendly and helped with excursions/transport. The food at hotel was AMAZING. Did not disappoint. 10/10 would stay again

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped set up telescopes so we could see the birds and sloths in the trees. Hot tub outside our room was a nice touch. Rooms were large and comfortable. Only downsides were there really isn’t a bar or place to have evening drinks. Also the cost of bottled water was ridiculous ($30 for two bottles of Fiji water).

This resort far exceeded my expectations. Even though it was low season, and the resort appeared to be almost empty of guests, it felt fully staffed and the service was excellent in every respect. The tour around the resort when you first arrive is great. We were shown the property by Tony Castro. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We went to celebrate our 30th anniversary and we had an incredibly good time. The service at the restaurant was very nice and the cleaning service was perfect (Selena was very helpful, great job). We recommend this wonderful place.

The Arenal Volcano was the most breathtaking view from our room that we have ever experience! The staff was amazing friendly and helpful! Starting with Felix Jimenez who was so helpful with my questions with the hotel and tours prior to our visit. Wilmer (Koloches) and Jacklyn at the front desk received us with a big welcome and drinks waiting for us! Outstanding place to stay! Beautiful grounds, great accommodations and excellent staff! We saw so many wonderful birds thanks to their feeding station. We did their night walk tour and it was fascinating! I’d highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed if your looking for beautiful grounds, great service and bird watching.

100% recommend this place. We had the bottom bungalow and were perfect for two of us. The hot tub is awesome with the view. The family that owns this is very nice and accommodating. If I am ever back in the area I would stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Natural Green! Our lodge was so cute and felt right at home in the rainforest. It had really unique touches that complemented the natural environment, and the environment itself is breathtaking! They’ve taken a lot of time and effort into making the garden stunning. Accommodations were simple, however the owner was wonderful, friendly, and helpful. The grounds were lovely and peaceful. We had a view of the volcano from our cabin door. The pool was small but clean and beautifully set in the gardens. We expected a sparse continental breakfast and were surprised by the very nice breakfasts we received. We would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a beautiful, peaceful place to get away from the hustle of the crowds at a good price.

We had a lovely stay! Our room was clean and spacious, each room had a small sitting area outside, volcano views and lovely landscaping. Breakfast was hearty and delicious. It's far enough out of the center of things that it is quiet at night, but close enough you can walk into town. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

Excellent place to stay with a volcano view on a clear day. Also it is 1 block from all shops,a bank, many restaurants and main taxi stand. Laundry is across the street-clothes washed and dried in 2-3 hours. Major tour operators also within blocks. Supermarket is about 3 blocks away. We booked a single night here at the very last minute trying to escape the heat of the west coast beach towns. We were so glad we did. This hotel is absolutely stunning. We had one of the rooms upstairs from the lobby rather than one of the bungalows but the room was amazing with a spacious first floor, kitchenette, balcony and a very cool loft bedroom/bath.
