This resort far exceeded my expectations. Even though it was low season, and the resort appeared to be almost empty of guests, it felt fully staffed and the service was excellent in every respect. The tour around the resort when you first arrive is great. We were shown the property by Tony Castro. He was friendly and knowledgeable. WOW.. where do we begin!!!! Such an incredible resort with amazing, friendly and helpful staff. Well worth the extra money. Marolin and staff at the reception desk helped us make and change reservations for excursions, drove us on golf carts back and forth to our room and made us feel so warm and welcomed. We cannot say enough about Hotel El Silencio Del Campo! First, the people who work here are excellent. They were very helpful, positive and clearly cared about our experience. I had my birthday while we stayed there and they helped my husband purchase flowers and a cake. The woman who cleaned our room made an adorable figure out of the towels. This was an amazing hotel, the property was beautiful and there are trails for you to explore through the jungle. The rooms were simple and rustic, not too fancy which is exactly what we were looking for. The staff, including Diego, is extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. Would not hesitate to go back!

My stay at Los Lagos could not have been anymore magical! The resort is beautiful, so many hidden places to explore. I saw so many birds, lizards, wild boars and other critters during my walks. We went to celebrate our 30th anniversary and we had an incredibly good time. The service at the restaurant was very nice and the cleaning service was perfect (Selena was very helpful, great job). We recommend this wonderful place.

This gem of a hotel is at a five minutes drive to downtown La Fortuna. and it is close to all the main attractions: La Fortuna Rio Waterfall, Chocolate tour, Ecoglide zipline, Baldi Hot Springs, etc. The hotel has beautiful grounds and it is very peaceful. Milena and her husband are truly wonderful people who shared their little gem with anyone who stays over and you just don’t want to leave. This place is truly special I strongly recommend. I have travel all over the world and this place had the best hospitality and food for a reasonable price. We extend our stayed and can’t wait to be back again :)

Perfect getaway location. Sits perfectly in the middle of multiple destinations. The place really feels like staying in the middle of the forest, but with all human comforts. Would definitely come back.

The photos don't do this fantastic hotel justice! It's in a beautiful, lush, verdant, vibrant location, a mere 300 meters walk from the stunning La Fortuna waterfall. While we ate breakfast, several tucans landed about 15 feet from our table in the tree right off the restaurant. We absolutely loved our stay at Natural Green! Our lodge was so cute and felt right at home in the rainforest. It had really unique touches that complemented the natural environment, and the environment itself is breathtaking! They’ve taken a lot of time and effort into making the garden stunning.
