"We had a wonderful stay at Jaco Laguna Resort and Beach Club! We really enjoyed the resort and its beautiful beachside location! The property was well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They booked excursions for us, making it so much easier for us to experience the area without having to worry about organizing everything ourselves. We rented their bikes and explored Jaco. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay at Jaco Laguna Resort & Beach Club again!"

"The hotel staff was great, they were very welcoming. The room I believe had the nicest balcony and an incredible view, we loved it. The toilets are amazing, they come with a bidet and the seats are warm. The beds were very comfortable and the only noise we heard were the ocean waves. The restaurant below is aesthetically pleasing, great service and the food was very very good. The pool was awesome. There’s also another restaurant above that’s a sushi bar. They gave us different choices for breakfast. We only had two minor incidents: the WiFi didn’t work on our room, hence we had no tv and the main door frame was falling apart. It has secure parking. Although it may not seem like it, it’s family friendly, we went with our 5 year old. We will definitely be coming back!"
