"Me parecio un lindo hotel, el Desayuno es muy completo tipico chileno. Creo que en el chek in deberian informar de las cosas con que cuenta el hotel y paseos, creo que tener que ir a otra oficina es una perdida de recursos. Nos toco una habitacion con tinaja la que disfrutamos es algo muy bueno, pero me hubiera encantado alguin que te explique todo lo qie puedes hacer en el hotel y alrededores de una forma mas practica."

"This is a lovely family run establishment in a small traditional building, the interior is delightfully decorated with antique curios. The grounds include a nice pool overlooked by a sun deck which affords views of the surrounding countryside. It also has secure parking. Our room was large and tastefully decorated with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The buffet breakfast was very good and although subject to a small extra charge I can highly recommend the scrambled eggs. We loved our stay, it’s only a few minutes from the town centre, within a short walk of a fabulous restaurant and a great base to explore the areas wonderful vineyards. We’d definitely stay again and highly recommend. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Viña La Playa Hotel. The property is beautiful, peaceful and surrounded by vineyards, making it a perfect place to relax. Our room was comfortable, clean and very quiet. The staff were outstanding. Gonzalo welcomed us warmly when we arrived and later offered us a glass of wine while sharing stories about the wines, the hotel and the area, which made the experience feel very personal. At breakfast, Esmeralda looked after us with great kindness. A charming place with genuine hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return."

"The hotel had a great buffet breakfast which was included with your stay. The staff were helpful and friendly would offer to book restaurant reservations. The only complaint was we found the air conditioner fan to loud."

All the staff were so friendly and helpful - they had given great advice before we arrived and booked wine tours for us which made our stay all the more enjoyable! Breakfast was also really good. "We had a nice quiet time cycling and visiting beach in Llico. Nice large apartment with large patio. The lake is was not usable January 2026. Outside of that we had a nice stay. Eerily quiet place👻"
