Kindly provided a wheelchair for my use which was wonderful. I would not have been able to get around without it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the area was gorgeous! Would absolutely stay here again. The only thing- not the hotel's fault- is that expedia maps it in completely the wrong place. Do NOT trust the expedia map or google maps.

Hotel is situated in the middle of a beautiful park with many ponds filled with carp. It is meticulously maintained with many walking paths. The hotel staff is very polite & friendly, although some don't speak a lot of English. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Room was beautifully decorated & very clean with every amenity.

We could not have been happier! The hotel is beautiful - stunningly beautiful!!! The buffet is delicious with ample variety. The room was clean and ready for us upon our arrival. Check in and check out was easy and efficient. We would definitely book this hotel again!!!

The hotel staffs are excellent and super kind. After checked out the hotel and I was on my to next city, I received a test message from the front desk staff and was told that I left a bag in the room I didn't even notice. They sent the bag to my next destination so I didn't need to worry about it. Unfortunately I didn't ask her name, but everyone works there deserved a hat off for the excellent job they've done.

Lovely room and exceptional staff. Although English was certainly a barrier, the staff went above and beyond to understand our requests and accommodate accordingly. Highly recommend.

We had traveled through China, and stayed in different hotels. We had a great stay here. The staff was really nice, and helpful. They even carried out our bags to the car as we left. The place was right by the river. Beautiful The breakfast was ok. But served with care. The room was clean, and spacious. Definitely would recommend

The staff are incredibly friendly, approachable, and accommodating. The variety of food and local options are substantial. Free electric vehicles available to zip around. Wonderful hiking options and a view to come back to. One thing I would recommend against is letting someone else do your personal laundry. My clothes came back damp and I don't think they used laundry detergent. Otherwise, this is a stop I plan to make again annually!

Kevin and other staff are quite helpful. They even chased me down to issue a refund.

Great cozy Inn in a really nice environment, at a walking distance from the Reed Flute Cave, and with very helpful and lovely staff. Highly recommended!

Nestled in the city but not in a noisy or busy area, Bonjour Hotel had everything we needed and then some. The roos were clean, with very friendly and helpful staff that may our stay feel cozy and warm. I would definitely return when next in Guilin

Beautiful gardens and pool with many things to do for families. A room with a view has a new standard. The staff was wonderful. The food in the lounge was more gormet in appearance than it was appetizing. Plan to eat in town.

My parents enjoyed the place thoroughly. The room was nice and clean, and the service was great. We booked the panaroma view room and the balcony was nice. It has a washing machine too. We would definitely stay here again if we come to visit again.

Great stay at this hotel! The room was spotless and well-maintained throughout our visit. The location couldn't be better — close to everything we wanted to see and easy to get around from.
