What I like about it: 1) Offers free do-it-yourself laundry service on 8th floor. They have sigh up sheet for both washer and dryer. Two washers and one dryer. This hotel sets the bar for guest service. Before arriving I requested a taxi to pick me up at the airport, and was met outside the baggage claim.
