Stayed one night at the W&H View Residency and had a great experience. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We mentioned we had been traveling most of the day and had not had an opportunity to have dinner; they provided a complimentary snack that was much appreciated. The room was comfortable and had all we needed. It’s also in a great location. We also requested assistance with booking a taxi and they recommended a very reliable and safe driver.
The staff was absolutely incredible- always kind, helpful and friendly. We came during mansoon season, so it always felt damp, but that is to be expected. The pool was lovely (you can buy a suit if you forgot one) and the food great. The chef was very accommodating and offered to make special gifts for our group. The spa offered wonderful massages at very reasonable prices as well. Overall a fantastic experience.

My stay here was one of the best of all in the many countries I have visited , mainly due to the friendliness and helpfulness of the owners Maryann and Philip. The rooms are clean and comfortable with fan and a/c if you want it. There are nice breakfasts also as an option. I stayed 4 days and felt like a member of the family by the time I left. I can thoroughly recommend this homestay.
Easy check in. Staff was very courteous. All shopping areas and metro are walkable. Luggage storage was available after check out. Overall great experience. Would highly recommend
Authentic heritage experience. Very well maintained property. There's a lot of room in each suite. The pool is tiny though. The managers are extremely polite and helpful.
This is the best place to stay in Cochin. The rooms are exceptionally clean and efficient. This is the best run hotel in town. The staff and hotel manager are first rate and will help you with any issues. Plus, the breakfast is excellent! I highly recommend!

This was a cool experience being in this isolated area like a tropical resort. The evening boat ride was really nice since we were able to see how the locals lived and got to go to the beach. The grounds were well maintained and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Having access to the paddle boats make it nice for the kids. The food was good and the staff was very friendly. Only stayed one night so I don't know if the kids would get bored after a couple of days but if you're looking for...
