We stay for 4 nights and I was very happy with the experience, the location is perfect, lots of nature around, management are the best, they help with everything, including answering very specific questions regarding the neighborhood, they suggested nice place to eat, offer Island hopping, and more.
We will go back as soon as we can.
The swimming pool was open but an entire side was closed and under construction. Something I wasn't made aware of when I booked the hotel. Seems the repairs are moving along at a snail's pace!

I wish I would've known about this place at the beginning so I would not have wasted my money on the other horrible hotels. The hotel is very clean, the staff is amazingly helpful. I particularly likes its location because its on one end of 'the strip,' vice in the middle so its closer to the water, only a 10-15 minute walk, yet its next to all the bars and music venues. If you want on the water, you're going to pay. But if you want an economical, very clean hotel that is smack dab in the middle of the action (bars on your left, water on your right) then this is it. I was really suprise how nice this place was. Definitely will stay here again. In fact I told the stuff to make sure they stay the way they are and surely when we comeback for vacation we will be staying there again. Great location and clean and friendly place to stay. Just wish they had a 110 to charged my phone. It's okay still like it.
The staff were friendly and always helpful although they should hire more staff. Staff should be checking rooms every other day for amenities.
Breakfast was good though they should change the menu often.
I don't like the flip-flops being retained. For hygenic purposes they should let the customers take it or have them replaced after each tenant's use.
