Had a great stay that definitely met our expectations. Room was beautiful and comfortable with much needed AC. Perfect, relaxing location with a beautiful pool and beach. The hotel has a newer chef who has upgraded the food which we enjoyed so much we didn’t feel the need to schlep into the busy town. Loved it so much that we extended our stay 3 times. It’s a big property with only 4 chalets. We stayed first in the cheapest, which was a good room. Then we moved to the most expensive one facing the ocean because of the lovely terrace. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Service was very personalized. The best of our 3 weeks in Sri Lanka. Really nice hotel with really nice people in a really nice location. No complaints, very happy with the service. Everyone was very kind and eager to make our stay enjoyable. What makes or breaks this hotel is location: if you are happy to stay at the hotel and relax in a quiet peaceful setting, then this hotel is for you. If you’re hoping to do some exploring, this place is a bit out of the way.
