We have a pleasant time at the hotel. The staff is super helpful and nice. The room is a little wear out but we can not complain for the price of an overwater bungalow with a magnificent view to the lagoon. Room cleaning service is done everyday and did a good job. We stayed for 11 days and truly enjoyed the entire experience. The staff were amazing, friendly, knew our names and our favorite drinks every time we walked to the bars/restaurants. Check-in was easy and friendly. We were in Bungalow 9 which was amazing - we couldn't see any other huts from our bungalow or our deck. Everything about this hotel was fine. The room is large enough, it is clean an comfortable. The restaurant is right on the beach edge. The service is great. The only thing I would recommend is to extend the breakfast time to 10 am instead of 9 am.

My husband and I stayed at the Pearl Beach for 9 nights to celebrate our 15 year anniversary. The hotel service was fantastic, being greeted each morning by our names by the second day. The hotel was quiet, allowing for rest and relaxation. The views were fabulous and the hotel grounds were exceptionally clean. We treated ourselves to the couples massage and it was fantastic, and also did the jet ski lagoon tour--a definite must! We will definitely be going back!!
