"The property is beautiful however we went the second day it opened since the hurricane. The amenities were not working. I went five days without a working Ac."

"The rooms are amazing. The staff is really helpful. The property is well maintained. The variety of restaurants is good. I did not like the variety of alcohol in the room. It was really basic and it couldn’t be changed even though I was in the privilege room. The top shelf liquor was only available at certain bars. The one negative about the place is the active staff trying to sell you something like a timeshare to their property, they say it’s not a timeshare they call it. Maybe club is a timeshare and the staff are very aggressive and it’s very annoying. Also note if you purchase by Expedia airport transfers are not included and that is an additional $70 each way that you have to pay that is not me clear from the beginning, but it’s a substantial amount of money that you should take note and compare, however, a private driver is very convenient cause you don’t stop at various other hotels to the airport."

"Our second stay at this hotel and it was great. Very clean rooms and property well maintained. I have to say, I would have given 5* except (unfortunately this time breakfast was a little "hit n miss") and service rather slow. Evening meals really good, loved the crab cakes. Planning to come back next time with the family."

"The customer services was horrible my room had the worst smell. I had to request another room and had to pay then when I got the new room it smelled so horrible. I would like my money back for the payment of the knew room. That resort will not last if customer services doesn’t change"

"The sink in the room did not drain well at all took forever. The ride to the facility was entertaining but long. The food in general was okay but not great. The check-in and checkout staff were efficient, unlike other couples we’ve been at. The island bartenders and entertainment was top-notch. The repeaters dinner was very much appreciated a nice touch."
