"The staff at the Grand Windsock was the absolute best!! Yes, the property is great and the villa was amazing but the staff went above and beyond to give us the best stay possible. Our flight was cancelled and they did everything they could to help up extend our stay end not end on a bad note. Tiffany, the reservations manager, did her magic and we are truly appreciative. "The complex is gorgeous. The pucs dont total show it but the bathroom and shower/sink etc are all outside. There is a shower and bathroom indoor just past the office if theres wind and rain. Do book excursions outside the resort, the staff really had no idea about what exactly is offered thru there epic partner. Overall great place. There are restaurants close, walking distance. The only one on site is chefs and its independent and you need a reservation. "
