The location is on a hill, away from traffic. The house is welcoming and completely remodeled. The swimming pool is heated, lounge chairs are comfortable, and a pergola is available if there is too much sun (see photo). The hosts are very friendly, and genuinely connecting to travelers. This is a unique and special place. A little pricey, but worth it. This is a manor house built in 1795, with a wine cellar, and an indoor swimming pool also in the cellar. Just beautiful. We stayed on the top floor, with a round water bed, and skylights that look up to the stars. There is also an outdoor wooden infinity swimming pool with a jacuzzi corner. It's just an amazing feeling to be in a wooden swimming pool. Lovely breakfast. Wish we had been able to stay 2-3 days.
