Very close to the beach, the receptionists were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were very nice indeed. Definitely a good place to spend the week/weekend and relax
The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was excellent. The only downside was the blow dryer hose was broken.
We were only there for one night as we were passing through the region. It would have been nice to be in that area longer. The sea and beach are beautiful.
Pros - near beach, breakfast buffet, great pool, ac was great, kids entertainment. Cons - handicapped room shower Was awful bit we managed, noise was present (my kids sleep throughout it but other people might have an issue). Overall wonderful weekend!
Be aware: the listing shows only the units on the water. What you may actually be booking has no water around it. When we checked in we found that we were booked for a “Garden Unit,” meaning a boat parked on the grass several meters away from any water. Your view from such a unit will likely be weeds, not water. I am sure the unit interior is about the same as those on the water. We did upgrade, but it cost an extra €40 per night.

We were looking for a location at which we could combine some exploration of historic sights with some relaxing time at the beach. Grado is probably unknown to most Americans, but I highly recommend the town. The Eliani is an ideal location, and they even provide parking. Staff was VERY helpful.
The property is quaint, rustic and a little "out of the way". It was perfect for my wife and I......but maybe not for younger folk looking for more action.
