This Palazzo is an art piece in itself! The art work on the walls, the frescoes in the room, not mentioning that it has one of the oldest/ preserved working kitchens in Italy! The rooms are big and comfortable and the breakfast is amazing and they can accommodate you based on your food needs! We had a wonderful time here and we would recommend this place anytime, especially if you want to feel like the nobles used to feel like back in the day!

We have been travelling across southern Italy for three weeks and have stayed in several places which were all nice friendly and clean, but Casa Mamma Elvira stands above the rest for us. The location is central to everything that is historically important to see, and also central to many restaurants and shops. When we arrived, these 70 somethings were a little unsure of the trendy decor and the fact that there was live music each night of our stay. However we were soon won over by the amazing young staff who worked so hard to ensure that we had a wonderful time. They were all kind and caring and always working with a smile. We loved our rooms and the roof top lounge. It turned out to be one of the highlights of our stay in Italy!

The best location you can get in Lecce. Steps from the centro historico, quiet even though it's on a relatively busy street, with easy, gated parking right in front of the Dimora. A beautiful old converted mansion. The breakfasts were tasty, plentiful, and the service was great. If you like staying in a city center, this is a great choice, and with the easy parking, coming and going is a snap. The room wasn't large, but it had a lovely balcony and was bright and airy. We'll stay there again.

With a 10 minute walk to the historic center of Lecce, this B&B is perfect for a comfortable and affordable visit. The common areas are beautiful and clearly clean. The room was also pristine with everything necessary. Due to COVID, we could not have our breakfast in the common area, so the host was so kind to give us a voucher for a cafe nearby. The bed and linens were a bit uncomfortable; however, that would be my only complaint. Wonderful stay!

I spent three days at Palazzo Belsanti with a friend and we had a lovely stay. Andrea and Alessandra are wonderful and so very helpful (Andrea even grabbed my seriously HEAVY suitcase from the car and up the stairs to our room!!!), doing all that they can to make your stay in Lecce as enjoyable and authentic as you want it to be.
