This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was unbelievable. Anything you need they handle with so much care. Whether you are out at the jacuzzi looking over the lake and they are bringing you drinks, or getting all of your clothes cleaned and pressed for a wedding, everything they do is top notch. A uniquely designed villa, David Hockney inspired ( bright colors flow with music). So clean that I thought we were the first users ( turns out it was reconstructed 5 years ago).
We had to leave very early ( 7:15) for our flight, so the owner woke up very early to serve us the excellent breakfast. Glad we didn’t miss it. It was delicious
This is an amazing place with lots of nature. Very helpful and kind family and caretakers of the place. Taxi is difficult here but they were able to manage us get one.

Cute old hotel in close walking relation to the train station, many restaurants and the castle. The hotel is old and it shows but that is what we were expecting in this quaint town outside of Rome. The staff are so very friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was fresh and good. Well worth the nominal charge for the night.
Brilliant stay as always. Exceptional staff especially on the Monday 😎. Incredible breakfast. The pool was an added bonus on the blisteringly hot days. This was probably the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at in years. The staff gave me a full game plan of seeing Rome with a map and all. I had a beautiful wraparound balcony that had a full view of the train station. The train station is about 12 paces from the front door and coffee at the station bar each morning was truly delightful.
