The check in process was easy. The room was impeccable clean. The bed very comfortable. The accommodations provided just what was needed. It was not overly fancy but certainly adequate. It was perfectly located in the center of town right by the beautiful waterfall. The included breakfast next door was just right. Very pleased with having choose this place
Our room was clean and beautiful. We had a lovely view of Arpino and easy on site parking. Breakfast was an ample buffet with coffee made to order. Lovely stay!
This is a really beautiful property, and specific to those seeking remoteness. The village is effectively uninhabited, and at the same time offers a dramatic view of the surrounding mountains. A bottle of wine is offered for sale, but if you’re planning to eat in the evening, plan on driving 10-15 minutes to the closest restaurants. Of note, the breakfast was very complete and delicious!

This was a wonderful place that I would go back to every time I come to Sulmona. Roberto and Giuseppe were exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was fabulous and the location couldn’t be better. If I could give this place six stars I would!
Wonderful stay in a beautiful, old building! Tons of space with tons of charm! We didn't use the kitchen, but it was well stocked if we had needed to. Short walk to Piazza Garibaldi and all of the wonderful confetti shops! Bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Would definitely stay there again!
This place is great and I highly recommend it to anyone. The desk staff are amazing and from the minute I showed up they were focused on making my stay as comfortable as possible. They took the time to walk my family around the facility, show me where our rooms were, how to access them with the codes, the dining area, and even made me a coffee as we covered the breakfast time. A very nice property. It is not in town, but near an industrial area. The owner is very nice and there was breakfast at a local bakery in town included. She does not speak English - not a problem for us, but should be noted. Also, we were the only guests in the whole place!
