Staying at Ye Olde Red Lion was a fun experience. It is probably the most unique place I've stayed with its blending of old, old and new and updated rooms. I would stay here again. We were in Arran Room which was very nice other than the mattress should be replaced. It is uncomfortable. The outside grounds need some cleaning and TLC, too. We absolutely loved our stay at the White Hart and only wish it could have been longer! The building is full of history, very old but beautifully maintained. Parking was plentiful behind the establishment. We enjoyed a delicious meal and drink at the pub, and then retired to our clean and quiet room. Staff were all extremely kind and helpful; special thanks to Alex, Millie B, and Chaz. Breakfast featured lots of interesting options to choose from and was tasty. Would happily stay again!
