A great 5 star hotel in a magical destination. The hotel is in a great position near the dunes and we were in ocean view room. The room was modern and large with a great bathroom. The balcony had an amazing view and is very quiet. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Especially at the pool bar, the buffet and at reception. This is the perfect resort to relax and rejuvenate! The staff takes excellent care of you and the property. The food is outstanding and we highly recommend selecting the half board option. It is WELL worth it. The pool is the best pool we have ever been in. Perfect distance to the beach as well … we did the pool after breakfast and the beach in the afternoon. The hotel provides beach bags with water and towels. I would stay at this property again and again!

My sister and I enjoyed our stay. We paid for the lavish breakfast buffet and recommend it. The room was spacious and clean and we had a view of the ocean. The only thing that was difficult was getting access to a chaise in the sun near the pool. They were scarce and it was competitive to claim one! Everyone is hard working and professional, polite. Breakfast is amazing with so many choices. Great bars, poolside. WiFi was intermittent for 3 days, they did their best! Highly, highly recommend!!!! Gran Canaria did not disappoint!!! Will miss island and hotel!!

Wonderful stay for my husband and I as well as out 2 young children. Very memorable vacation! Resort has excellent service, friendly and professional staff. Staff at the spa were not so friendly but otherwise excellent experience!

Stayed here for the second time and loved every minute of it. This time I picked the half board that included both breakfast and dinner buffets and would highly recommend this option. The buffet food changed every day and was better than most restaurants outside. Staff treated us amazing.

Hotel was very nice with all the needed amenities. The adult pool was great. The hotel was close to the Yumbo center which had great night life.
