"We could not check in at the property- had to walk about 1/2 mile to check in at a nearby hotel. There were no check in instructions on Expedia and no contact info. The Taxi cab driver had to make phone calls to clarify the situation and find out the name and location of the hotel."

"The most helpful staff ever. We were coming in late from the Arctic Circle Trail and they stayed open late just to help us. They were super friendly and helpful with moving some dates around as we adjusted our schedule. Facilities were great, and the new addition is absolutely beautiful. I would not hesitate to stay here again."
