"Wow what an experience. After 16 hours in the air I was welcomed by the amazing staff. The room service was on point ( I ordered food at 3 in the morning and the kitchen did not disappoint!) Everything was clean and we'll organized. The staff was always professional, organized, funny and just amazing at anything I asked for. I'll never stay at any other hotel when I visit Lusaka again. This place felt like family ❤️

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again. Sunset cruise (additional cost) from hotel jetty was icing on the cake.
