Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast.

Our family (2 parents and 5 kids) stayed there for 2 nights and reserved 2 rooms . Very clean and spacious rooms and extremely nice manager - Mr Ali. He was very helpful and speaks good English ( for those who don’t speak Turkish like us ). Reasonable prices except for the meals that seemed more expensive than nearby Restaurants . Breakfast is great and hotel workers are quick to help you. Highly recommended .

I have been traveling for the past twenty seven years and this was my fourth trip to Istanbul. Hotel Divan is a classy hotel, close to metro, lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is very clean, good breakfast, beside the buffet guests can order other meals (Omelette, Egg Benedict, Veggie platters). We were there for brain surgery at the hospital down the street. The hotel was in a good location near the hospital and plenty of restaurants to walk to. We got massages and the spa rooms were impressive.

If you come to Turkey and miss out on this hotel you will be missing out on one of the best experiences of hospitality ever! The entire staff- Nur, Kenan, Solange, Abdullah, and Sinan are so kind and smiley the whole time :) they always make sure you have a beverage and are really attentive during breakfast service. The hotel is in a good location. But if it were a 5-star hotel, the quality would be poor. Insects can fly into the room. There were no body lotions.
