"Great location just by the MRT Central station. Staff very attentive, room very spacious, clean and comfortable but the real standout was the breakfast that both we and our kids loved - great variety, very tasty and served in their Le Thè restaurant, which offers unique atmosphere. This time we couldn’t get to try their highly praised 3-Michelin star Palais restaurant, but this came hugely recommended by our friends too. All in all, great stay and highly recommended for families with kids. "

A couple days okay to stay. But better not asking specific question or request. And do not feel bad if they don’t reply or cut off, they just don’t understand what you saying

"The front desk and lobby staff were very friendly, professional and helpful although Mandarin is not my first language. They were always on hand to provide assistance readily and answer my inquiries. The rooms were also very well-cleaned and the cleaning staff also greet guests with a cheerful disposition. The only downside perhaps was I felt the indoor bath temperature was a bit too hot for me."
