Best hotel we've stayed in so far. We were given an upgrade. Staff was polite, friendly and responsive.

I've stayed at a lot of hotels over the years, and nothing has ever come close to this. We stayed in the Tree House villa, which I would recommend if you've got a little extra to spend. You get two floors, a semi-private balcony with jacuzzi, and the best view of any room on the island. Lobby was fully staffed with about 20 people urgently waiting to assist you with your needs. Room was very large and nice. A welcome plate with artisan chocolates and mini pastries where ready for me to enjoy on my coffee table. I would highly recommend you stay at this hotel on your visit in Manilla. A++++

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Seriously that best service I've had. We booked the beach front room and it has the most beautiful views. The place is seriously breath taking with clear blue waters and limestone cliffs. Breakfast is complimentary and of course I ordered the Filipino breakfast every morning we were there. Our waitress grace was awesome. Their Blanca pizza was delicious and on our last night we had the filet mignon which was delicious as well. We did the island hopping...

Just feel like if I’m paying the extra fee to go to the executive lounge, they should be a little more understanding in people‘s needs and wants

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location, right in the heart of BGC. From our airport pickup, being greeted at the entry and taken directly to our room for check-in, everything was great.

I have stayed at New World several times. I always enjoy my stay there. The staff are extremely nice and accommodating. The room is spacious, although it is a little old, but definitely very clean. This is one of the hotels I would definitely come back to whenever I am in Manila.

Elegant setting specially the lobby bar with live entertainment... good selection of buffet and good tasting food,very attentive staff good location walking distance to mall... free shuttle to the mall highly recommended we enjoyed our stay and definitely will return again when visiting Philippine

From arrival to departure we were treated extremely well, special thank you to Jonathan and the team in the lobby bar 'cafe macaron' for taking care of us with humor and professionalism each evening and reviving our souls :) We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Manila.

The staff is amazing here and they go above and beyond. I had an incident which stepped on a rusty clothes hanger in the street on the way back to the hotel and the police contacted the staff here (Esmeralda) and they responded right away sending their RN and having their EMS take me to the local hospital(5mins away). Pool and private beach are wonderful and staffs are very kind. They cleaned the room three times a day.

This is an amazing resort in a most perfect location. The nearly private beach and waters are beautiful. The staff are amazing and the food, the food is excellent. The breakfast buffet is the absolute best I’ve been to, anywhere. Can’t wait to go back.

This is one of the best hotels on the island. The staff is so attentive. The ride from the airport and back is more than worth paying more than other hotels (it's a nightmare if you have to do it on your own). The rooms are magnificent.
