"The hotel have issue in their AC for 4 days prior to our arrival, however we didn’t get information about this, and they only have one fan to be provided in one room. Upon checking out we did inform the front desk about our room is terribly warm, and we hope they did inform us about their AC issue, however the front desk mentioned she didn’t know about the AC problem, and made us look like we are making story, as most the staff the help us did told us it’s been 4th day that the AC unit is not working."
