A truly amazing resort and spa. The villas are spacious, peaceful, and beautifully designed. The staff were all extremely skilled, helpful, and friendly. The amenities abounded, and the spa offered many services. We had a lovely paella at the Mediterranean restaurant on site. Having pools and the sea accessible was also wonderful.

Pilar and her amazing staff have created an unforgettable space. We were lucky enough to stay in the riad in its infancy. There were a couple of options that weren’t available yet but Pilar and her staff made us feel like it was our home for two days and we are almost as excited as she is to see her vision come to life. I never would have dreamed such an amazing space would exist and we would have an opportunity to stay in a ancient Governor's Villa. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The traditional suite was just gorgeous. The tub was actually luxurious and the breakfast in the living room was delightful. It is a destination spot for sure. If food was served throughout the day, we could have just stayed in the Villa for days.

Beautiful stay, one problem with miscommunication on laundry prices, I would suggest getting things in writing.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Beyond lovely staff, excellent breakfast. Perfect location to get to souks, restaurants, and must see sites very easily. Would 100% come back!!

Stephanie - the manager and all the staff are very kind and helpful. they gave us all the tips and trick to survive in the crazy Medina. rooms are unique and very comfy with beautiful design. for our dates they had only classic room available but next time we will go for higher category as we spotted the suites are amazing. make sure you book in advance. The hotel is fairly new, our king bed was huge and sheets clean. They gave us nice towels. The breakfast was yummy and it’s near the ocean.

My daughter and I had a luscious three days at the Fairmont Tazi Palace. The staff were incredibly kind and gentile and the service was extraordinary. We particularly enjoyed the spa, the breakfast, and the pottery classes. But all of the little details like flowers and cookies in the room, the kind gestures, made the whole experience memorable. This was a great way to end a 10 day excursion in Morocco before heading home.

The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. We were even lucky enough to receive a room upgrade, and the suite was a stunning blend of traditional Moroccan elegance and modern comfort. Between the exceptional service and the serene atmosphere, our stay great - we can’t recommend this beautiful riad highly enough!

This property is a sanctuary! It is so well maintained and the staff were expectional. We were blown away by all the little details and how helpful everyone was. Our room was clean, quiet, spacious and had everything we needed. The only thing that slightly let it down was the shower. It wasn’t the same standard as the rest of the room. We would absolutely stay here again. The breakfast was a highlight for me and the pool!
