This is probably the nicest place we have ever stayed. The location is out of a movie. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes an effort to get to know you. The room was amazing and had fresh fruit every day. Every meal was delicious. They are always making sure you have enough water when you are on the beach and I got a free kayak rental. Property is in a great location. Walking distance to nearly everything fun and food related. Tons of space for a family to move around and still have their own personal space. Pool is large and is covered so kids were able to swim even when it was raining. The staff were incredibly kind and hospitable. Grab was convenient to get as well from the hotel. I wouldn’t mind staying here again.

We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this apartment, especially for families. The host was very responsive, helpful, and quick to reply whenever we needed anything. Oh so convenient. We stayed on the way back from Penang/Ipoh and traveling to KL by train. So just had to walk across the road from KL Sentral (actually there is a walkway but we didn’t know at that time). Stayed in a Jr Suite so had access to the Exec Lounge and wonderful b’fast and views. The rooms are very modern. The bathroom spacious with shower and tub. Wow, what a beautiful place! The apartments are large and nicely decorated with good quality furniture. Honestly the nicest place we have stayed on our 2 month trip around Asia. I could live here permanently. It is also in a good location, very quiet area but a close walk to great food, bars, shopping etc. I would give this place a 12 out of 10, even nicer than the pictures.
