Staff was spectacularly helpful and friendly. Rooms are comfortable and fairly well equipped. It's definitely a bed and breakfast rather than a hotel, but that's a plus to some. Downside is no gym, but there is a nice pool and garden. Location is great as many restaurants are walking distance and many organizations and businesses have offices nearby. Breakfast is good (fresh fruit, bread, coffee and juice) and they're flexible on timing. Would go again. Very good internet, which is a huge plus.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Hôtel Lounge Madiana Plage. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Philippe is incredibly kind and helpful—when Uber wasn’t working, he personally arranged a car to take me to the airport. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was enjoying my time at the hotel. The food was absolutely delicious! Amazing stay. Rooms are clean and breakfast spread is decent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The guy at the restaurant (forgotten his name-shame on me) was SUPER AWESOME. He delivered world class service throughout our stay. I’ll return to Roots anytime I’m in Cote D’Ivoire just for the quality service I received. Two thumbs up. Definitely recommend.

Our room wasn't ready when my husband arrived. But was accommodating 4 days later so that was good. Over all was a very nice stay for me and my husband. I Highly recommend staying here when visiting Abidjan.

Really great spot. I'd recommend highly. Off a street with a lot of restaurants and city action but quiet. The staff was very polite and welcoming and the room is great. Has a European feel with the pool and pool bar. Would definitely stay here again if wanting to stay in this side of town

Yes, everyghing was great. From the clean room tk the staff and amenities and the landscape. The only thing i found a little less exciting was the breakfast, that could have been a little better with some healthy brown bread, cheese and nuts, etc... but overall, excellent place to stay. After tenovatikn it will become more shinning and stunning.

Each time I visit Abidjan I always stay here .I love this Hotel warm friendly people. I Highly recommend staying here.

The accommodations were very good but I spent considerable time with the hotel that could not get Paid from Expedia.
