"Majority of the staff were amazing… with the exception of the pool bartenders… they were just the opposite…. Not very welcoming or fun if your an older white man….
Romell the door man was great and did all he could to accommodate…
The cleaning staff was exceptional… they made my bothers birthday so special with a cake, balloons and always a clean room…love the swans…."

"This was our second time at the resort and we were very happy with our stay; especially with staff Lisel (restaurant manager) who was so organized and friendly and Darvin (lifeguard) who was so personable and always greeted us with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed each day. "Wasn’t too impressed since I had been to the one in Orlando and it was impeccable. Pristine. Property was dirty. Room could be cleaned better. Our feet were black shortly after taking a shower. The place needs a face lift for sure. And expensive!! Like ridiculous expensive! "

"Went here with a friend for a few nights. It was a perfect little getaway. The staff are all very friendly, it was clean and lovely. The food and drinks were great and there was great entertainment and activities. You can walk to a beautiful beach nearby and to Atlantis, which is free to wander around at night. We also walked to Nassau, it took about 35 minutes but was a great outing. Very safe area and just beautiful."
