"The staff was very friendly and responsive. The building and room is quite old with a fresh set of paint. The penthouse view is a small living space and decent view. Appliances and fixtures are outdated and fairly cheap. Given this place was 3X cheaper than a direct beach location, it is fairly valued."

Corridor is huge and leads to other Two floors. Mary greeted me at the door. Very professional and kind. If you don’t have a car there is a restaurant called: ETHNIC LOUNGE; about 10 minute walk and across street is a gym and adjacent is a massage spa. Royal Palm Hotel is 10 minute drive from Anguilla Port. I have a wonderful one night stay and slept peacefully."
