"Excellent location right in heart of Covent garden. Close to many theatres and 10 min walk to tube station to get around. Lots of restaurants and pubs close by. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Highly recommend this hotel for your London stay."
"The hotel itself was nice and the location near Trafalgar Square is excellent. However, we booked two rooms together and one was allocated in the Club Quarters wing requiring a long walk through fire doors and corridors, which was inconvenient for our group"
"We have just had a great one nights stay here, and were fortunate to be upgraded to an executive studio with a city view.
The room was very well appointed and had everything and more than we needed.
All the staff we interacted with were very efficient and professional and happy to help in whatever way possible.
The hotel is within a short walking distance of Waterloo train station and a close walk to the Southbank and Westminster.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and will be going back."
"Great gym and spa facilities. Nice to have a Nespresso in the room. Great location. My room window faced into the internal hotel courtyard area, not ideal. Pillows were hard, otherwise the bed was comfortable. No hair conditioner in the bathroom. "
