"This hotel is for one night only. The staff doesn’t help with your luggage, so come prepared to carry your luggage for 2-3 stories on very narrow stairs; no elevator. Rooms are super small; literally, the bed is next to the wall, with no space for anything else. Not recommended if you are looking to relax after your flight. Breakfast was good, though."

"All of the Palmetto staff are excellent. Our taxi took us to the wrong hotel and the staff member was able to get us a taxi to the right hotel. At the hotel, the receptionists were cordial and helpful. When we needed a taxi, they ordered one for us and showed us how to get them. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again just for the service alone. "
