We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every minute. April, the owner, was a great hostess and provided everything we needed. She was a wealth of information and her suggestions were spot on. We will stay definitely stay again.

The hotel is centrally located, the staff is friendly, the place is clean, comfortable, convenient, perfect for families, nice pool. We recommend.

We loved our stay at Villa Romana. The property is beautiful, located on cliffs directly on the Pacific. The beach is a short walk away. There is a restaurant on site that served breakfast (part of the room), lunch and dinner. The pool is very nice, ther is a bar at the pool. The property is very much a boutique type of location. This property is a gem. Management and staff super friendly and responsive. Clean, modern, unpretentious rooms are spacious and well appointed. If you're looking for a swim-up bar with blender drinks and loud music, look elsewhere. This is quiet, off-season, private condo style living. Full kitchens in room make self-service effortless. The best restaurant in the area is 75 meters away. The beach is 20 meters away! Make this your base to explore the whole eastern Azuero peninsula.

Best kept secret in Central America. Stop looking - go here, it's worth the 5+ hour drive from PC. The pool is even better than the photos, with multiple depths, steps and ledges. Yes, that's a hot tub. Laid back "5 Star meets surf style" quality. Great food (really, really great food). Perfect weather. Incredible sunsets. Huge, easy walking, dark sand beach with hidden treasures. Eager to please staff. GREAT VIBE.

The hotel and staff are fantastic and we had a wonderful time. But I am unhappy with the $1000 deposit required at check in. First I find it far too high and second the process to refund it was very strange. At check in they charged my credit card $1000 and then at check out they said they had to run it again for another $1000 before they could refund the original $1000. None of this made any sense to me and I was left with two $1000 receipts and only one showing a refund of $1000. I don't...

My husband and I couldn't have a better experience. This place has all you need to rest, relax and enjoy yourself. The place is well mantain, the hosts are so friendly and courteous, it felt like home. My husband and I had stay in many places but this one surpassed all. I loved their eco-friendly system, and the place is centric to all beaches in the area.

Great spot. Just a short 2 min drive to the beach. Property was clean and modern. Great jumping off point to explore. The host was great and an excellent breakfast in the morning. I would definitely stay here again!
