4 Star Hotels in Fernhill

This hotel was our favorite of the 10 or so we had on the trip. The staff members were very friendly, room conditions were very clean (they even did our dishes for us!) and the reception had DVD's we could borrow. We were updated to a king room (from queen) without even asking, since few people were staying there. Even in winter, the lake views were absolutely stunning. Jessica and I stayed the night here on Saturday night. The staff is incredible, the room is so clean we felt like we were the first to ever stay there, there is free unlimited wifi, and great onsite parking. We had an incredible view and were able to make the short walk into town for all the great night life in Queenstown and all the restaurants, cafes, and shopping. Breakfast was amazing as well as the coffee. We would love to stay here again.

Great stay. The service is the 1st thing that jump out in this place. It is just outstanding from the moment you enter and during the stay. More about it later. The rooms are beautiful with everything a man needs. Great bed, shower, mini-kitchen, and of course the view. Parking and location is also great. If I needed to change something I would just suggest to replace the chair with a backrest chair for people that need to work. I did have some issues with the hot water, but here the service...

Beautiful lakeside boutique hotel in Queenstown made our last two days in NZ during the panademic outbreak manageable. The views from our room and the lounge were so beautiful. Customer service exceeded our expectations.

Located just S of Queenstown with great views at mountains across the lake. Beautiful deck, nice house on the slopes of Ben Lomond. Host was great at reaching, communicating, & making sure everything was good.

Had a beautiful view of the Remarkables. The internet connection was fast. I was able to have a Zoom meeting with no issues. Parking is a bit limited, so you need to get there earlier in the day or have to pay for parking at a nearby lot.

An excellent location for both proximity to the dining/ shopping district as well as views of the lake.

What a fantastic find in Queenstown! The hotel is in a perfect location - 5 minutes from the center of town and 5 minutes from the gondola. The host, Richard, greeted us, oriented us to the town and the hotel. Super welcome, and we just wish we could stay longer! Bed was excellent, and room is elegant, quiet and comfortable. Highest recommendation!!

Stunning beautiful view over lake and mountains, close to town, parking right out front. Enjoyed the jet tub and comfy beds after each day on the slopes. The laundry room was great for all the gear. Was so comfortable we ordered 8n with a movie instead of going out in town. would stay here again. Enjoyed the muffins provided every day.
