Loved it. Room was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed. Breakfast was great! Definitely coming back again.

Convenient to airport with frequent shuttle service. Good restaurant.

Overall very difficult to find fault .. the parking 'App' is not that great especially for overseas travellers who have just flown into NZ .. perhaps it be better if signage made it clear that payment may be made at Reception.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel was immaculate and so was our room. The Staff was superb and very kind, friendly and attentive. The buffet breakfast was delicious with many options. The Outdoor pool area was beautiful, 3ft and 6ft i depth.

Great stay with convenient shuttle to airport.

Awesome

Just what we needed for a quick inexpensive overnight

This hotel is conveniently located to the Auckland International Airport. The friendly staff cheerfully provides a free airport shuttle at even a very early hour.

Very nice staff and clean rooms and building.

Clean quiet helpful good parking.

Upon first glance, it was not promising. I went to check in and there was a sign that said that they would be back in 10 minutes. I’m not gonna lie. I was road weary, tired and not impressed especially since the parking lot was completely jampacked and there was nowhere for me to wait so I circled around the building and took a moment to collect myself. I thought maybe I would find something to eat before check-in so back out on the road, I went only to find myself back by the hotel minutes...

Excellent hotel right next to international terminal. High end accommodations.

Breakfast was delicious and early so we could take an early flight. It was s Walking distance to the international terminal so it was very convenient. The room was nicely designed.

don't let the name "motel," fool you! I stayed for one night and it was excellent!! Very nice staff that let me check in for free no questions asked, a very very very clean and well maintained room with full amenities included. Room looked like it belonged to an upscale hotel, absolutely loved it!!!!!!

Just one night - everything was great. Great view, great service, great room. Everything works in that hotel, fires on all cylinders. Only negative was a bit of noise from the street later into the night.

We had a very good stay made better by customer service getting us a shower mat for my husband who has trouble walking. They upgraded us to a higher floor which had a fantastic view. Top notch!

nice hotel very clean and confortable ,the pnly little problem is that you can hear the bikes or trucks from the rooms at the back of the hotel
