Front desk stored on luggage on the last day b/c we had a late flight. Even offered us to use the workout facility to shower before we left for the airport-a first for me. Excellent hotel in kind of an Art Deco style in a nice area of Auckland. Not a far walk from the wharf and ferry building. It has a bar on premise with a free drink on arrival. Exactly as shown in the photos. Clean and spacious. I loved the balcony for morning coffee and for evening dinners. We had an amazing view from the 10th floor. I loved the big kitchen. Two grocery stores and the beach very close by. We had the One plus one apartment.
Very happy with our stay here. Great location on the Viaduct Harbour. Very luxurious facilities, on the level of Grand Hyatt or JW Mariott. They have nice spa facilities and gym that are accessible to all guests. Their spa services were wonderful as well.
Simple place but has everything you could need and a great price. Great location, easy to walk into the main city center. Good bed, easy access, good shower, clean. I would definitely recommend if you're trying to vacation on a budget but don't want to be in a hostel.
