Had to pay 200 Ringgits ($44.00USD) as deposit upfront and show receipt slip upon departure to get refunded. There was a cost if you lost the key as well. Do not lose the deposit receipt or no refund!
The security here was good as you can’t use elevator without electronic key or cross a walking bridge to town stores. Parking was great & close to room.

"The apartment was clean and comfortable to live in. However, body wash and shampoo weren’t provided adequately even though the ‘big’ bottle was placed in the bathroom. The bathroom was a bit dirty too as I could see stains on the floor. Another thing was the water heater didn't function well. The water was so cold!"
