Eddie the doorman remembers me, the staff is cheerful and efficient and the room never disappoints. The bar and restaurant are great too. It’s a nice boutique experience whenever I stay there
Only stayed for the night but was a great little spot right next to Fulton Street Subway…you can walk to anything downtown from here…huge room with kitchen, big bathroom, tons of closet room also
It was extremely well maintained. Perhaps the only flaw was that the Air conditioning used to turn off and turn on periodically instead of being on all the time
Room with kitchenette was a nice size, comfortable bed and pillows and nice to have a nespresso machine in room and free coffee and refillable water bottles available all day with water filling stations on all floors. Easy location in Financial District.
Hotel that is in the middle of everything. Nice Chelsea location. Small hotel in general and maybe the smallest hotel room I ever stayed in NY BUT it is so well designed for an efficient use of space, that I never felt cramped or confined. Great bath and shower and romantic rooftop patio. Friendly staff. quiet room on second floor but Downside is you can hear the music from the Store below at 7 am. I was getting up anyway!
Good location in Chinatown Manhattan, on Canal St and Bowery, right next to a Popeye's. The lobby smells like biscuits! Staff were super friendly and accommodating. They will hold your luggage if you arrive early or need to depart later in the day. No cafeteria, but you are super close to a TON of food options, so that should not deter you from booking here. Hotel was very clean and cozy. I loved the window bench, where you can curl up with a cup of hot beverage of choice and read if you wanted...
My stay was overall excellent!
But the shower stall in my room #301 must have previously had glass shower doors.
The glass shower doors have been removed and replaced with just a shower curtain.
This while odd would have been acceptable except that the shower door floor guides were not removed so the base of the shower entrance had a 5 foot metal edge that could potentially be exceedingly dangerous.
I hope the property inspects the facilities and makes these necessary repairs.
The room was beautiful. The staff was great. Beds were very comfortable. The hotel is undergoing some remodeling and can use some updating outside of the actual rooms. The staff completely blew away all expectations.
This hotel is super swanky and sexy! Very clean and smells great. The bed is ridiculously comfortable! And a great view! My only downside is I wish the room had some kind of pamphlet with information about the hotel, like its restaurants, room service, how-to's, etc.
