This hotel was one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. The staff were beyond helpful. First, we got a wonderful tour of the hotel and some of it's history which was really awesome. Second, the room itself was incredible. We got welcomed with delicious fruit, a fridge full of beverages (and lots of water which is always nice!), and tiny snacks. The facility is spotless, the rooms well appointed. The breakfast offerings are 5 Star. Shops àre a 10 minute walk from Klouschter. Direct busses to Luxembourg Gare are a 10 minute walk from Klouschter (at Casino 2000). Of the Front Desk Staff, one Staff Member could not do enough to be helpful, including speaking English, and, writing information on paper with pen. The other Front Desk Staff member could not have been more rude, including providing misleading information and 'No English' ......

Very quiaret, excellent location

The best hotel in the thermapolis area by far. It gets crowded in the evening for the Casino and not enough guest parking

The front desk lady is very nice to wait for me to check-in. Also, the bed is comfortable and the furniture is well designed.

I absolutely loved it! It was so nice to return after hot days sightseeing with wonderful air conditioning.

De accomodatie op zich was in orde. Was tamelijk nieuw. Spijtig genoeg was er geen restaurant. We konden een schotel bestellen bij een traiteur. Voorgerecht en dessert was voor ons beiden in orde maar de hoofdschotels waren niet te doen. 1x gratin dauphinoise met hesp: een beetje aardappelen met enkele blokjes hesp. Risotto met champignons: was een pap, precies al eens gegeten geweest. Ontbijt hebben we niet genomen maar wel gebruik gemaakt vd koffie/thee op de kamer. Lag maar 1 roerstokje en er...

We stayed in Schloss Berg in mid March for a weekend. We are so glad we decided to stay at this hotel!!! As soon as we arrived, the reception desk greeted us with warm/wet cloths to clean up from the drive, fresh apples and free wine. We had never been to Luxemburg before and the reception plotted out our entire next day of things to do for us (she was right on point, we had such a great day)! The staff were helpful and kind, the hotel was clean, fresh and welcoming after a long day of traveling. Public transportation was close, we used a car to get to old town which easily navigated to. The breakfast had plenty of options for the entire family.

Great support of the step staff!

Excellent hotel, exceptional customer service, very accommodating and helpful, and great breakfast. There is a food court right below the hotel. Only 17 minutes from Luxembourg train station driving a car but the bus takes almost an hour.
